This beautiful rural house allows itself to be enveloped by the Asturian greenery in the Pereda de Llanes. If you want to take a trip with family or friends where you can forget about your worries, you are in the right place.
Not only are we lucky to be in contact with nature, but the interior of the house also offers comfortable rooms for 6 travelers and plenty of space so that you are comfortable. Its 165 m2 are divided into:
Outside, the garden awaits you, visible from almost any point in the house. The grass blends in with the surroundings, while the trees provide shade in appropriate places.

- 3 Bedrooms: two of them with double bed and en-suite bathroom, the last one with a trundle bed that converts into two singles. They are characterized by their good lighting, the windows here provide a warm atmosphere and allow you to see the garden. You can find a television in the main room in front of the rest area, parquet floors in all of them and decoration chosen with care: long mirrors, closets and decorative paintings.
- 3 Bathrooms, two of them en suite. Bathtub or shower, depending on your tastes you will choose the option that suits each one. They are wide rooms, with space to share the mirror or use the sink. They also have a bidet, a detail that always comes in handy. To complete the well-being we will leave the sets of towels and some essential key.
- A kitchen with everything you need so that you can get along easily on a day-to-day basis. The light entrance has the classic charm of yesteryear, fitting perfectly with the modernity that appliances monopolize. .
- A lounge that increases the comfort of the interior. Its comfortable sofa is oriented in front of the fireplace, so you can grab the blanket and snuggle up next to the fire while reading a book or watching television. The large window behind it fills the entire living room with natural light and the main dining room is perfect for meeting and chatting.
Outside, the garden awaits you, visible from almost any point in the house. The grass blends in with the surroundings, while the trees provide shade in appropriate places.
- There is also a fairly large stone patio area where you can dine when the good weather arrives. Under the roof there is a large dining room next to the barbecue, so you can all share the best of feasts together.
- You can bring your pet and let it also run freely outside the house.
