This accommodation is within the Parres area, a destination in which you can enjoy the essence of the landscapes that Asturias has.

It is a completely private house, equipped with all kinds of comfort inside and with spectacular views to the green environment we have in the surroundings.

As for the capacity, it is a home designed for a maximum 7 people that will find 2 plants inside their , comfortable and complete spaces.

The Ground Floor consists of:

• A complete cuisine, American and equipped so that we have a countertop in the form of l with cabinets in which the elements of the Menage and the appliances are distributed. It also has a wooden bar with stools to eat together.

• A broad dining room, in which the comfortable double bed is located to the front in which the television is located and just behind, we have a dining table.

• A bathroom complete, equipped with a shower among the toilets and with several towels.

• an individual bedroom, equipped with a perfectly dressed bed with sheets and blankets and with good views abroad.

In the second floor we have:

• 3 broad bedrooms, of which 2 of them have a couple of individual beds and one also, has access to a private terrace that gives way to the garden. The third bedroom has a wide marriage bed with a private room in front and its own bathroom.

• A full bathroom, equipped with a shower and with towels

Already in the exterior, we have:

• A porch on the main floor, which has furniture such as the table and chairs next to the barbecue.

• A front patio, at the entrance of the house that has some traditional elements such as the laundry room.

• A wide garden in the second floor, which has table and chairs, as well as a pingpong table.

• A private parking.
