- A complete kitchen, American style and equipped so that we have a countertop in an L shape with cabinets in which the elements of the kitchenware and the appliances are distributed. It also has a wooden bar with stools to eat together.
- A large living room, in which is the comfortable double sofa bed that faces the front in which is the television and just behind, we have a dining table. X
- A complete bathroom, equipped with a shower between the toilets and with several sets of towels. X
- A spacious single bedroom, equipped with a bed perfectly dressed with sheets and blankets and with good views of the outside.
On the second floor we have:
- 3 large bedrooms, of which 2 of them have a pair of single beds and one also has access to a private terrace that leads to the garden. The third bedroom has a large double bed with a private lounge in front and its own bathroom. X
- A full bathroom , equipped with a shower and with sets of towels.
