It's time to take a getaway with the whole family or with that group of friends that you've been trying to get together for months. Our rural house in Duyos, has the tranquility of the village and the beautiful Asturian environment to make these days more unforgettable.
The council of Caravia faces the sea, so we are very close to the beaches that border the area. There are many activities to do but, above all, you will find in the 132 m2 house where there is no shortage of amenities.
Its capacity allows 6 people to settle comfortably in the rooms, spacious rooms with views of the sea and the mountains. The rest of the interior is marked by the common areas where you can sit and chat in the quietest hours:
The house also has a large garden, land that your pet will enjoy if you take it along for the trip. Meanwhile, as we know you love it, the barbecue is ready to enjoy a dinner with the best grilled food.

- There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, ready to offer you a full rest between the sheets. Two have a double bed, the other has two single beds. The decoration is complemented by the calm that surrounds us, thus, in bluish tones, the built-in wardrobes store the clothes irons and the bedside tables provide extra lighting. The main one has a balcony where you can enjoy a little more fresh air and climate.
- 2 Bathrooms, one with shower tray, the other with bathtub. The marble furniture is distributed throughout the rooms to provide you with a moment of relaxation where you can rest in the water. We have left you towels and essentials next to the toilet such as toilet paper. The sink has a wide mirror, so you will be more comfortable, and there is also an additional toilet on the first floor with the basics.
- A functional kitchen, where you will also have access to the terrace. It extends lengthwise, like the countertop where the utensils and appliances are. Variety has been achieved so that you can have a pleasant culinary experience that can be combined with your itinerary. At the other end there are several shelves, these store accessories such as the toaster,, trays,, and other items that help increase comfort.
- A room where the sea never ceases to be present. The flat screen television is large and faces in front of the sofa. Next to them there is a stove that will give you the necessary heat if you are fleeing the summer. Behind this first area is the main dining room, furnished and prepared for each of you.
- The terrace is simple, not many details are needed to improve such views. The panoramic view is beautiful and you can see the sea, the vegetation... You also have a wonderful dining room to share all this outdoors, with your favorite people.

Please note:
- The house has private parking, but electric vehicles cannot be charged.
- There are basic products in the kitchen to handle well for a while, foods such as salt or oil are not included.
- When giving the keys, all future tenants must be correctly identified and if the delivery occurs outside of business hours, there will be a cost.
