A rural house in Nueva de Llanes is always a good option to travel and do what you like most. The natural environment that surrounds it is unique and very special, on the shores of the Cantabrian Sea and with beaches for bathing or walking.
Are you coming to discover it? Our accommodation is located in the town, close to the most interesting places. They are 90 m2 where up to can accommodate 4 people and amenities distributed between the 2 floors through which the stairs circulate.

- There are 2 quite bright rooms on the upper floor, one with a double bed and the other with a pair of single beds. They do not have much decoration, their uniqueness lies in the round lamps on the bedside tables and the views. They also have the right furniture to spend a few days, home accessories that will give you comfort.
- The bathroom is common for guests, equipped with a shower with glass doors to prevent splashes, a handle-shaped shower head and a small shelf to hold the soap. The tiles are grouped like mosaics around the toilets, the sink with spotlights on the mirror and the sets of towels
- The kitchen is taken care of with the basic and appliances that are deployed around the countertop: oven for desserts, coffee maker to accompany the after-dinner meals or the dishwasher are part of the set of facilities that the stay includes. Next to it there is also a furnished dining room with four chairs and napkins in the middle.
- The living room is integrated into the main area in this same space, the L-shaped sofa is the one that gains all the prominence. Opposite is the television cabinet, revealing the tableware from the windows. On the screen you can put movies, series... there is free internet and wifi service, so it is at your disposal.
- From here you directly access to the patio, which is private and has part of the land filled with artificial grass. The dining room and the hammocks are protected between the walls of the façade or the garden fences. Especially in summer it is very pleasant, and to improve the conditions even more we have exterior light. X

Sourroundings of La Raitanina
Our home is located in the urban area of Nueva de Llanes, a town where you can live thousands of adventures. It belongs to the council of Llanes and, therefore, has the beautiful natural environment of the province.
Despite its size, you will find good restaurants where you can try the local cuisine. If you have never visited this northern area, we recommend the cider and the famous Asturian cachopo. They are located a few meters from the house, so they are accessible on any morning walk.
And to walk or, rather, kick, there are the Picos de Europa. This natural park has routes of all levels so that you can get to know the massif, rivers and forests that make up the mountains. If you are looking for something more relaxed, there is an excursion to the Lakes of Covadonga where you will only have to book the bus that will take you exclusively to them and enjoy the landscape.
A few minutes by car there are also beaches to take advantage of the sunny days, which here take on a different tone. For example, the Playa de San Antonio will give you a beautiful protected area that belongs to the Eastern Coast of Asturias. It is wild, neighboring the Playa de Cuevas del Mar.
