Its location is unbeatable, with restaurants and leisure establishments, the municipality of Llanes and the beaches of the Cantabrian Sea close at hand. The area is characterized by its variety of land and water activities, a very fun set that will surely make you live great adventures.
The maximum capacity of this house is 6 people, a generous space that is spread over 2 floors. We tell you how it is distributed:
- The main floor of the house is occupied by the kitchen and the living room, two common areas where you will spend most of your time living indoors. The rooms communicate with each other, betting on a fluid space with ease of movement.
- On the one hand is the countertop, with the household appliances, the kitchenware and the utensils that will be used when preparing meals and serving them later. It does not lack details: basic , scourer... it also has a corner where you can cut and handle food.
- Near the entrance in this same place, before reaching the stairs, there is a set of walking sticks on hand in case anyone needs them during the holidays. Further towards the living room, there is the main wooden dining room.
- On the other hand, the living room is spread out quite widely and houses one of the most special corners: the fireplace area, with two large armchairs to sit and read by the fire; and with the stained glass window that shows the garden, which is actually a door that leads to the terrace.
- At the other end is the set of sofas that surrounds the flat screen television, one next to the other and with a blanket to make this rest area even more pleasant.
- There are 2 bathrooms with shower, one on the ground floor, the other on the upper floor. Both very complete have their particular style and personality, as one even goes so far as to combine retro tiles with a stone wall. The sinks are wide, both with their mirror, and the essential toiletries for everyday life. There are towels, we include them.
- The 3 rooms put the finishing touch on the interior, two of them are doubles with double bed, while the other has 2 single beds. These are large bedrooms, with a seat included and a balcony that overlooks the natural landscape. The household items arranged to increase your comfort, with wardrobes and plugs near of the headboards.
Regarding the outdoor areas:
- The terrace is divided into two parts that flow together: a chill out with larger seats surrounding a low central table and a wooden dining room that has a hammock next to it
- Leaving the porch you reach the garden, a large esplanade of natural grass where there is barbecue, plenty of space to run and another set of accessories to enjoy the good weather.

Our accommodation is located in Pancar, an Asturian town that belongs to the Costa Verde. It is separated from Llanes by just one kilometer, making it quieter and more picturesque to spend a vacation dedicated to rural tourism.
