This rural house is located in the town of Merodio, a place to go without rushing and enjoy the nature that surrounds it.
The surroundings hold authentic natural treasures, beautiful beaches and the culture of the Asturian province; corners with their history and unique beauty that you can discover little by little.
We can accommodate up to 7 travelers in our home, a very practical number if you are traveling with friends or family. Its space is 130 m2, divided between 2 floors, where you will find a set of comforts for everyday life. These are the following:
On the other hand, the property where we are located consists of 400 m2 so we could not miss a patio where you can go out to get some fresh air and breathe in the clean air of the north. Here you will find:

We can accommodate up to 7 travelers in our home, a very practical number if you are traveling with friends or family. Its space is 130 m2, divided between 2 floors, where you will find a set of comforts for everyday life. These are the following:
- 5 Bedrooms in which 2 are doubles and the rest are singles. Wood predominates in all the furniture, which has the function of adding practicality, such as the television cabinet or the bedside tables. The beds are 6 and only one of them is double.
- The best thing about these rooms are the views and the good lighting that the windows let in, placed next to the rest area to wake up in summer to the sound of the countryside.
- 2 Bathrooms that encourage coexistence, each one equipped with the necessary accessories that you are going to use. These include first aid kits, essentials and towel sets.
- The distribution of services is basic: shelves to store toiletries, sinks with mirrors, WC and a shower to put the finishing touch to a day of adventures.
- A bright kitchen, with ceramic hob to prepare a delicious menu. Under the counter are the washing machine, in case you want to return with clean clothes, and the dishwasher. Other appliances are deployed around to heat meals or go out to share a cup of coffee.
- A living room where the fireplace invites you to disconnect in winter wrapped up on the sofa. It is the common room, also with the dining room at one end and entertainment items such as: a flat screen television with which you don't miss your favorite channels or a music system so you don't stop listening to the latest hits not even on vacation.
- A little room to be more relaxed, also with a nice sofa where you can take a nap, sleep... Tranquility is a characteristic of the accommodation.
On the other hand, the property where we are located consists of 400 m2 so we could not miss a patio where you can go out to get some fresh air and breathe in the clean air of the north. Here you will find:
- A garden area with flower pots lining the path to the terrace. This consists of a chill out made of armchairs.
- The outdoor dining room with its barbecue, to enjoy local food and summer nights.
The parking is available on the street.
