Welcome to Solipueyo, a small town in the east of Huesca that has about 32 inhabitants. It is located in the Valley of the Fueva, a green and quiet place plagued by pastures and sandwiched between mountains. Thanks to its particular orography, the villages of this area have retained their mountain flavor and medieval structure.
In this valley you can make the route to Barranco de la Usía, part of the Medium reservoir, navigable, surrounds the church of an ancient submerged town and reaches the ravine through which you can continue until you reach the ruins of an old mill. The ravine can also be crossed in pirogue.
Near this area is the National Park of Ordesa and Monte Perdido, with an area of 15608 hectares. Its highest peak is Monte Perdido, which is 3355 meters above sea level. This park is the second oldest national park in Spain and is a perfect place for ornithologists, since it has been declared a Special Protection Area for Birds.
