Description of Casa Rural Can Borras
Let yourself be seduced by our aristocratic house of 300 m2 and for up to 12 people of the XIX century. Can Borràs is in the Siuriana river valley. This majestic house has a beautiful balcony with arches overlooking the most important street in the town: Calle Mayor.
The rural accommodation occupies the second floor of the house. The building has stone walls and dormer ceilings, covered with light wooden beams.
In addition, one of our 2 balconies is covered with 90 m2 and we have installed there a play area with table ping-pong and foosball.
However, this eagerness to conserve the traditional elements does not imply that we reject technology, that is why we have network wi-fi.

My great-grandparents lived in this town and because of the phylloxera their children had to abandon it, however there were the roots and for that reason, for all the following generations, it has been our destination in summer.
Although our residence has been, and is, Barcelona, we like people to know this corner and therefore one of the ways to publicize it is to try to get people to come and discover the interesting part of this region.
What to do in its surroundings?
The visit of the parish church called the Cathedral of the Comarca, has details of great beauty.
Walks along the routes next to the Siurana River provide us with a relax after a nap.
Visit of the hermitage of Sant Bertomeu in Ulldemolis, the routes through the Montsant, are ideal for breakfast along the way.
Scala Dei Monastery Cartujano of the twelfth century, first of the Iberian Peninsula is mandatory.
Siurana on the cusp of the rock is an observatory of the Pantano that bears the same name, the general view of the Siera de Montsant, and the whole valley, gives us a sense of greatness and spiritual power.
