It has space for five people, and its distribution is composed of two plants as follows:

• ground floor

On the one hand, we have one of the environments: the cuisine. It is open and is equipped to be able to cook comfortably and to eat, next to you we find the dining table.

At the end of the stay, we find the living room, with two sofas faced and surrounding the television and the firewood stove, perfect to enjoy a pleasant heat in winter.
This plant also welcomes one of the rooms, which has marriage bed, and a full bathroom with shower.

• upper floor

This space distributes the two remaining rooms, one with double bed and another with a couple of beds, which has a small and pleasant balcony. In the plant also, we have a cleaning shared by the two rooms.

And finally, we find the terrace, a perfect space to take something while contemplating the great views of the valley.

Lanzahita, in the south of the province of Ávila, is located in the region of the Tiétar Valley, a place of abundant vegetation and a special microclimate of soft temperatures.

Despite being a small small town, its urban center retains some historical buildings, such as its parish, built in the 16th century with impressive interior of Gothic aesthetics.

But if there is something for which it really stands out, it is the nature that surrounds the town. You will find a long list of routes or trails that offer beautiful landscapes and, in addition, you can discover amazing corners such as natural pools and ponds in what, after the walk, take a refreshing bath.
