Our rural house is located in the municipality of Zapardiel de la Cañada, a small town avilés de barely 40 square kilometers of surface.
The less than 150 inhabitants that reside in the municipality, make this environment a dream destination for those who want to escape from busy life.
The original house was built more than 70 years ago, but has been completely renovated to meet the needs of modern life without losing the charm of yesteryear.
With a maximum capacity for 10 people, the interior of the house is divided into 2 floors. On the lower floor you will find:

- Un open-plan living room / dining room. On one side of the living room is a long table for all guests located at the foot of a large window; on the wall, a flat TV where you watch a movie while you enjoy a delicious dinner. On the other side of the room, comfortable sofas from where to enjoy long talks until nightfall.
- A kitchen with all kinds of appliances. From ceramic hob with extractor to oven and microwave, you will not miss anything.
- A double bedroom. The white color of the bedding combines with the walls providing light to the room. With functional furniture in brown tones, you will sleep like a cloud.
- A full bathroom. You will find everything you need to clean yourself in the mornings.
- 4 double bedrooms. All bedrooms have capacity for 2 people, either with 2 single beds or with a double bed. Following the decorative line of the rest of the house, the bedrooms stand out for their luminosity.
- A full bathroom. On the second floor there is a second bathroom with toilet, sink and bathtub.
