- A large office kitchen in black and white colors, where you will find on the countertop, the set of appliances and the kitchenware with which you can make all the recipes you want. We also have a black bar, with a couple of stools.
- A living-dining room connected to the kitchen, which has a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed, and that looks directly to the front where we have a plasma television. At the back of the room we find the dining area, equipped with a large table and its set of chairs.
- 2 spacious double bedrooms, equipped so that one of them has a large double bed, with wooden headboard and burgundy blankets. The second bedroom has a pair of single beds with color accents yellow.
- 2 complete bathrooms, each inside of one of the bedrooms, both with shower and towel rails. In addition, there is a functional toilet on the ground floor.
