Mirasierra III

Large rural apartment for groups from 10 people. It belongs to the Complex Mirasierra, where there is a house with the same characteristics and capacity, which can be rented together creating a double apartment for up to 20 tenants.

For both houses, located on the first and second floors of the same building, there is a common area: the barbecue.

It is in the backyard of the house and is under a wooden porch. In addition, is an authentic double stone barbecue, from which they have to leave a delicious meal and that you can enjoy in some of the 2 picnic tables that is in this cozy porch techado.

As for the characteristics of the house itself, on the top floor, we find that has 2 large rooms. Of them one is the main one, with its fireplace and a couple of large sofas in which to sit and enjoy the warmth of firewood, while the other is a game room for you to spend a few fun times playing with the small.

From one of them the private terrace of the house, from which you can see the Sierra de Gredos. Surely if you go in the summer time you want to go out first thing to see the sunrise and with a warm coffee in your hands. Even the early rises costs, but the view will compensate.

The house has a kitchen independent. It is totally new, just like the building itself, and comes equipped with all kinds of appliances that will help you in the preparation of your dishes, or the kitchens that take care of the food. You can taste them in the dining room in the apartment.

As for the rooms the apartment has 5 bedrooms with double capacity in each of them. In 2 of the rooms there is a double bed, while in the rest there are single beds -although, if you want, you can join -

For last we talk about the bathrooms, that in total there are 2. In both there is a wide shower, from which comes the warm water, and so that you do not pass cold when you leave, the house has a system of individual heating.

Near the village of Navarredonda de Gredos there is a great variety of places to visit and where to find rich places of history. For example, at about 17 kilometers from the apartment, there is a Roman road, more specifically down the Puerto del Pico, where there are remains of this road next to the race. From the viewpoint of the same port you can also see far away.

In the village of Piedrahieta is the Palace of the Dukes of Alba, one of its most famous monuments. This has been ceded by the family of Alba to the City Council to hold institutional events and access to the inhabitants of the municipality. Here you can also visit the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption and the old Palace of Queen Dona Berenguela.

Barco de Ávila is about 40 kilometers away where you can visit the Castle of Valdecorneja and a Roman bridge with 7 arches.
