Casa Morrico - Encinas de Yetas

This house is located less than a km of yetas from below, a beautiful rural town of Albacete that will provide you with the relaxation and tranquility you need to load the batteries. 

It is a traditional traditional house and rehabilitated to convent in an authentic rural house capable of offering our guests all the necessary comforts to enjoy a pleasant stay. 

The accommodation, with capacity for 10 people, is rented in full and is composed of:

• very wide and fully equipped cuisine with the appliances and the kitchen chestage that you need to prepare your best dishes. It is furnished with very spacious wooden furniture and with many compartments so you can organize the makeup and purchase you make to your liking. You also have a table to eat all together in a group.

• great living room - dining room with 2 sofas very comfortable convertible into bed. It has a table to eat and a center table ideal apra drink a coffee while you enjoy the heat of the wood chimney. In this space is the television. Highlights the natural stone wall surrounding the entire room. 

• 2 double bedrooms with marriage bed or 2 individual beds, according to the characteristics of each room. They are furnished with night tables and broad cabinets. 

• a triple room with marriage bed and a bunk. You will not have space problems since it is a very wide bedroom with several storage spaces. 

• full bathroom with shower and towels available to all guests. 

• battery room with washing machine so you can wash and hold your clothes as if you are in your own home.

• barbecue zone abroad with garden furniture so you can ddist from a pleasant outdoor dinner. 

You can rent the house on a regime of only accommodation, half pension or full pension since we have our own restaurant where we serve meals and dinners based on Manchega gastronomy. 

There is a possibility of adding supplementary beds and cribs to the rooms, ask us in the reserve. 

The rental price includes the bedding and the towels.

Our house is located in yetas de Abajo, a small municipality of Albacete that belongs to the town of Nerpio. It is an ideal rural people to spend a family vacation and in contact with nature.

Some of the tourist interest you can visit are:

• the Church of the Purísima Concepción, religious building of the 18th century in which its facade stands out.

• the covacho planting, declared a singular tree in 1992, became the highest walnut in Spain but is currently dry due to a disease called "the walnut ink." It is believed that a woman left him halfway after fleeing a herd of wolves. He came to produce up to 300 kilos of nuts in his best time and even today is still a symbol of the town. 

• the Nerpio Cultural Park, a natural space in which you will find a varied flora and fauna as well as human footprints of our ancestors such as Nerpio's cave paintings. Highly recommended visit.
