Casa Chica - Encinas de Yetas

This house is located in yetas de Abajo, a small town that belongs to Nerpio, in Albacete. It is located in the region of the Sierra del Segura. It is an important tourist nucleus due to the orchards and mountains that surround them and the river that crosses the area. 

The accommodation is new construction and is located in the municipality's square. is rented in full.

The house, structured in 2 plants, has on the first floor of:

• fully equipped American cuisine with household appliances and household items so that you do not miss anything. Accounts with gas stove that, according to experts, is where it is best cooked. The wooden furniture and the granite countertop are very easy to clean, so you will not waste time in home tasks. 

• lounge with eating table and a pair of comfortable sofas in which you can sit down to watch the television or taste a warm chocolate in front of our great wood chimney. 

• A bedroom with a marriage bed fully furnished with night table and cabinets.

• bathroom equipped with shower and towels available to our customers. 

• battery and washing machine so you can fix your clothes and leave it impeccable to take a walk in the area. 

On the upper floor it has:

• 2 double bedrooms with mountain views. It will be a luxury waking up with such a background landscape.

• 2 bathrooms with shower in each of the rooms.

At home one of the rooms you have cold and heat pump so that you always find a pleasant temperature inside the room, regardless of the time when you come to visit us.

There is the possibility of adding supplementary beds, ask us in the reserve.  We also have cradle.

Some of the places of natural or cultural interest that you can visit near our municipality are:

• the mill of the fountains, located at the entrance of Nerpio. It is surrounded by abundant vegetation so it is an ideal place to spend a family field afternoon. You have several picnings and a birth of natural water, very fresh. Its environment is characterized by its multitude of walnuts and the varied fauna that lives in the surroundings such as wild boars. You can also observe some existing cave paintings at the top of a mountain. 

• the covacho plant was the highest walnut in Spain although it is currently dry due to a disease called "walnut ink". According to legend, a woman left him halfway after fleeing a group of wolves. This tree produced 300 kilos of nuts a year. In 1992 he was declared a singular tree. 

• the Nerpio Cultural Park, natural space where rock art, history, geology, flora and fauna intermingle to get a unique landscape that will fall in love.
