Our houses are located at Nerpio, a small municipium of Albacete surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape that will captivate you from the first moment.
The accommodation is constituted by 2 independent houses, both rehabilitated and restored since its origin goes back about 200 years ago.
Each house has 6 seats plus an extra one in an extra bed, so in total we can accommodate a maximum of 13 people.

- Fully equipped kitchen with household appliances and household goods composed by cutlery, crockery and kitchenware. It is a very bright and spacious room with plenty of space to cook and eat in the same place.
- Living room - dining room with a large wood fireplace, very useful on cold winter days. You have a large table to eat in a group and, in addition, a very comfortable sofa where you can sit and watch the television o converse with your companions.
- 2 rooms with double bed completely furnished with bedside tables and large wardrobes.
- A double room with 2 twin beds, ideal if you travel with children. It also has storage space.
- Full bathroom with bathtub for you to have a relaxing bath and forget all the problems of the day to day. In it you will also find towels for all customers and a large mirror so you can get handsome before going out for a walk
- A large garden area by which you can walk and sit to sunbathe.
- Outdoor pool en that both children and adults will enjoy.
- BBQ area so you can prepare delicious grilled meats and enjoy an outdoor dinner.

Our houses are located at Nerpio, a municipality of Albacete located north of the sierra del Segura. Some of the tourist attractions that you can visit near our accommodation are:
- The castle of Yeste, whose origin goes back to the XII century. Although it was built by the Muslims, it became part of the Order of Santiago. It offers wonderful views of the area.
