- Room with 2 beds of 90 on the ground floor: pays tribute to Francisco de Orellana and has 2 single beds of 90 centimeters separated, perfect for friends or couples. It has heating, a window to the outside (on a square that is located fura) and a full bathroom and private with window.
- Room with 2 beds of 105 on the first floor: o Pedro de Valdivia, this room has 2 single beds, ideal for a couple or friends. This room is bright because it has a window that overlooks the exterior, walls in colors that intentionally imitate wear, decorative paintings, ask for sight and high ceilings.
- Room with 2 beds of 90 on the first floor: also called Hernán Cortés, this room has 2 single beds de 90 together, ideal for a couple. It is a space with walls of the same color as the rest of the rooms, with a window to the square and a complete and totally private bathroom.
