Description of Finca La Seguirilla
This rural house is located in the town of Casa del Castañar in the heart of Valle del Jerte and very close to Sierra de Gredos, so this point is an ideal place to escape from routine and enter one of the most beautiful natural environments of the Iberian Peninsula.
Our accommodation is rented from in its entirety and offers accommodation for 14 people in an old stone building, typical of the Valle del Jerte in an isolated environment and without neighbors. Among the rooms and facilities we have:

- 3 double rooms with a double bed: One of these rooms is located on the upper floor and has elegant dormer ceilings with window and vintage furniture
- 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. These rooms have window to the outside with floors of parquet and headboard, cabinets, bedside table, etc.
- A living room with sofa bed, fireplace of wood that will fill those cold winter days in Extremadura with warmth
- 2 bathroom with shower and various ammenities, courtesy of the house.
- A living room in the attic with sloping ceilings
- Un dining room next to the kitchen with a wooden table and their respective chairs. It has a fireplace
- Una rustic and functional kitchen with wooden bar with armchairs, various appliances such as dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, etc. The ceilings of this room are made of wood with the original exposed beams.
- Una large swimming pool with bushes that surround it and give it a lot of privacy

Casas de Castañar is a small town in the Jerte Valley where a population of 500 people lives, who enjoy its proximity to various points of great interest such as the Jerte Valley itself, previously mentioned , El Monfragüe and a few kilometers from the Valle del Jerte. The really ideal thing about this rural house is its isolated situation where we can spend a few days of rest or celebration with friends or family.
