This rural housing is a independent villa de 280 square meters. It is located in the urbanization Encinar del Alberche, in the town of Villa del Prado, within the province of Madrid.

In addition to the amplitude of the house, is located on a plot of 900 square meters, so it has a large garden area that can be enjoyed outdoors

Although it is a house of recent construction, the materials used abroad respect the rustic style, that's why all the facade is made in stone. In the interior also some details in stone and wood have been kept that fit perfectly to the style.

The house can host up to 20 people, so it is perfect for groups of friends or large families. Also, it is distributed in 2 floors, so that has enough space so that all the guests are comfortable in their interior.

• A full kitchen, equipped with all the appliances needed as dishwasher, microwave and oven.
• A spacious living room of 35 meters square equipped with a fireplace.
• Una terrace with views of nature.
• 2 bathrooms complete.
• 4 double rooms, equipped with one double bed each.
• 4 double rooms, equipped with 2 single beds each.

The outdoor garden is one of its great attractions, as it has a private pool, tables and chairs and a barbecue a complete disposition of the guests. It is the ideal space to enjoy on the days of good weather.

In addition to all the space of the house, it has the common areas of the urbanization, which customers can use freely. Within the precinct you can find a restaurant, a supermarket and several sports facilities.
