Description of Rural Las Eras
The accommodation is in Valdelaguna, Community of Madrid, and is a house built in the 50s which was adapted in 2011 to serve as accommodation. It is an ideal accommodation for families, groups or couples. It is divided into :
- 2 apartments for a maximum of 12 people each.
- An apartment for couples.
Each of the spaces has a different name and personality. One of them is located in the high floor of the building and measures about 200 square meters. It has 3 double bedrooms and exterior. All beds are completely dressed.
It has a dining room with television and sofa bed. In addition to another living room next to the kitchen. The kitchen comes with appliances and utensils.
It has 2 full bathrooms and a toilet. We offer basic cleaning products and a towel game per person.
On the outside is the pool, barbecue and the picker in a space of 180 square meters. It is an exclusive area of this house.
The other apartment is located in the lower part of the building. It also has 3 double rooms ; All with their beds dressed and equipped in full. It has 2 bathrooms, one of them enabled for people with reduced mobility.
It measures about 200 square meters and has lounge with sofa bed and television. It also comes with a dining room and kitchen with appliances and utensils.
In the outdoor zone is the patio with a pool, picnic and the barbecue exclusive.
The apartment for couples is LOFT type, it has been operating since 2014 and has a modern and very careful furniture. It is divided by environments and has its own firewood fireplace.
The marriage bed is dressed and with its pillows. It has a delicate lounge with sofa bed and sofa tantra, Office cuisine with everything you need to feel at home and a dining room.

My name is Miriam, I am the owner of this Vivinda, along with my two Hermas.
We decided to embark on this adventure when we realized that the house of our grandparents was deteriorating for not using it usually.
In our childhood we spent very good times in it, and we thought it was a good idea to be able to give the opportunity, families or friends, to enjoy it, and thus spend moments as good as ours.

We have gone in summer so, what more party is removed is the outside area. S & iacute; It is true that we missed something more shade outside (type near the pool) or a hose to cool the floor, because the sun was fair.
This is great because it is a house to which you can go public transport from Madrid capital (from Conde Casal) and by car it takes half an hour scarce. In addition, you can go to the town walking and have a drink in less than five minutes.
The pool is more than enough for two. At night, they want to sleep outside. Cover a little above the knee (of an adult) that does not allow you to swim but has a bench inside very cute to take something while soaking.
Sourroundings of Rural Las Eras
The house is located in the town of Valdelaguna, about 50 kilometers from Madrid, in the middle of a rural environment within the urban area. It is located in the south of the community and borders the peoples of Chinchón, perales of Tajuña and Colmenar de Oreja. In Chinchón is one of the most beautiful squares in all Madrid.
