Rural Las Eras

The accommodation is located inValdelaguna, Community of Madrid, and is a house built in the 50s which was adapted in 2011 to serve as accommodation. It is an ideal accommodation for families, groups or couples. It is divided into:

• 2 apartments for a maximum of 12 people each.
• An apartment for couples.

Each of the spaces has a name and a different personality. One of them is located on the upper floor of the building and measures about 200 square meters. It has 3 double and exterior rooms. All beds come fully dressed.

It has a living room with television and sofa bed. In addition to another living room next to the kitchen. The kitchen comes with appliances and utensils.

It has 2 full bathrooms and a toilet. We offer basic toiletries and a set of towels per person.

On the outside there is the pool, barbecue and picnic area in a space of 180 square meters. It is an exclusive area of this house.

The other apartment is located in the lower part of the building. It also has 3 double rooms; all with their beds dressed and fully equipped. It has 2bathrooms, one of them enabled for people with reduced mobility.

It measures about 200 square meters and has a living room with a sofa bed and television. It also comes with a dining room and kitchen with appliances and utensils.

In the outdoor area there is the patio with swimming pool, picnic area and the exclusive barbecue.

The apartment for couples is a loft type, it has been in operation since 2014 and has modern and very careful furniture. It is divided into rooms and has its own wood-burning fireplace.

Thedouble bed comes dressed and with its pillows. It has a delicate living room with a sofa bed and Tantra sofa, kitchenette with everything we need to feel at home and a dining room.

The bathroom is comfortable and we have a set of towels for each guest.

It has a swimming pool and barbecue on the outside.
Pets admitted but with a supplement.

The house is located in the town of Valdelaguna, about 50 kilometers from Madrid, in the middle of a rural environment within the urban area. It is located in the south of the community and borders the towns of Chinchón, Perales de Tajuña and Colmenar de Oreja. In Chinchón there is one of the most beautiful squares in all of Madrid.

You can also visit very nearby towns such as Perales de Tajuña and Colmenar de Oreja.

Valdelguna was built around the Church of the Assumption, whose tower was inaugurated in 2002. You can visit the Casa del Cura, a historic building as it houses the entire history of the town in documents dating back to the 15th century.

From the Peña Huevera Viewpoint you have impressive views of everything around the town.

In the Jarama and Tajuña rivers you can fish and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. The entire area is ideal for adventure activities such as horseback riding, hiking or paintball.
