This beautiful villa with pool is located next to the Pantano de San Juan and is ideal to share with friends or family. Within the privacy of its location, all the luxury of details await you so that you can enjoy an unforgettable stay in one of the most popular green spaces in the capital.


It has a maximum capacity for 20 people and 337 m2 built which is divided into:

• 6 Bedrooms: in total they have 2 kingsize beds, 1 queensize, 2 double beds and 3 singles. In them you can also find, additionally, 5 sofa beds in double or private size.

The rooms, like the rest of the house, have a colonial design that surrounds all the facilities. Thus, you will find very original artistic decoration and bright colors even in the toilets.

These spaces are hypoallergenic, with wide entrances for natural light and floors made of parquet. You can keep them cool through the ceiling fans or, on the contrary, use the heating in winter.

In front of the mattress there are large wardrobes where you can store your luggage and, against wrinkles, a ironing equipment. You will see that there is no lack of detail, since the plugs are near of the bed and the nightstands are perfect for keeping your essentials next to you.

• 4 Bathrooms: most en suite, may have shower or bathtub. Among their strengths, they have a heater to avoid colds.

They are very spacious, with marble sinks and wide mirrors that have overhead lighting, ideal for details. You can have towels during your stay, as well as essential. Near the toilet, there is a bidet in case you need it and we include a hair dryer to increase comfort.

• 1 Kitchen: rustic, with an elongated L-shaped countertop that ends in a American bar, with stools around it for breakfast. It contains everything from dinner spices, to an electric kettle.

When it comes to preparing delicious dishes, its drawers contain the kitchenware and there is also a complete tableware set. Even cleaning products for after!

We have thought of everything, since we have coffee maker for lovers of this drink that recharges the batteries and various appliances, focused on making your stay much easier.

• 1 Living room: As soon as you enter the hallway, you will find yourself in front of a wooden dining room, ready to share with your companions.

Among its furniture, there are soft sofas and lamps adapted for reading. In addition to resting, don't miss the opportunity to read some of the books in the small library.

Something that distinguishes our villa is the projector that hangs from the ceiling, ideal for watching your favorite movies. Although, if you prefer, there is a flat-screen TV and you can gather around the warmth of the fireplace in the living room.

• 2 Terraces: extend around the façade of the house and are accessed through multiple interior spaces.

One of them simulates a garden with artificial grass, which contains loungers to relax on warm days and a chill out area with armchairs to take in the fresh air.

Taking advantage of nature, we have a telescope that allows you to see the starry sky without the light pollution of the city.

On the other hand, the second terrace has a more sophisticated style, with a glass dining room and sofas in light tones that complement the upper ventilation.

• 1 Patio: in stone and with a wonderful barbecue area.

Already in the outdoor you will find a huge garden, divided with an outdoor pool with integrated steps, to cool off in the summer.

Next door, on a lower level, there is also a playing area with football goals and a ping pong table. In line with this theme, around the villa you will see hammocks hanging from the trees and even a target for archery.

The capital offers some green spaces where you can enjoy nature, among them is the Pantano de San Juan, where our accommodation is located.

Its privileged location, on the front line of this reservoir, is perfect for those who enjoy water sports. You can do all kinds of activities, from paddle surfing, to swimming or kayaking.

Not far away, you also have at your disposal some restaurants in the area and the city of Madrid, with all its possibilities, at your fingertips.
