Casa Rural Villa Florita

This rural accommodation is the result of the mixture between an old home and a part of a more modern construction. It is located in the town of Valdelaguna, in the province of Madrid.

Originally, this house was one of the typical ones in the town, built from a natural cave. In the 70s, an upper floor was added to complete the house and fulfill the function of rural accommodation. In this way, everything in it has been made to be peculiar, from its façade, to its interiors, through all the open spaces it has.

After being renovated, the house has capacity to accommodate 6 people, making it perfect for groups of friends or couples.

The ground floor is where a total of 3 caves are preserved, which have been given an interesting use. One of them is used as a zen relaxation area, another is part of the kitchen, and the third has been converted into an incredible bathroom where relaxing will be a piece of cake.

On this floor there is also a living room with a fireplace, the kitchen itself and a dining room. All rooms face directly onto the garden.

The upper floor has a distributor that leads to the rooms. The ceilings are attic and the floors are made of wood, which gives it a very cozy appearance.

In total there are 3 bedrooms, equipped with a double bed. There is also another full bathroom and a living room that has a sofa bed to add 2 more seats to the accommodation.

And if the interiors seem insufficient, every guest will be amazed by the outdoor areas available. On the ground floor there are 2 landscaped patios equipped with tables and chairs; one of them also has a barbecue. It also has a swimming pool with solarium, at the complete disposal of users when the weather permits.

And what is a real gift for the senses, a private terrace on the rooftop, furnished as a chillout, from where it is possible to enjoy wonderful views of the mountains.
