Casa Rural Rosa de los Vientos

The house is located in the municipality of Braojos, Madrid, it is an accommodation with a pleasant atmosphere built in 2005. The design is modern, but it integrates into the environment effectively thanks to thestone walls and wooden porches. It has 4 double rooms and one quadruple and is rented in its entirety.

The double rooms are divided into:

• 2 with 2 single beds.
• 2 with double bed.
• The quadruple room is located in the attic of the house

The double rooms are spacious and carefully decorated. The body of the beds is made of wood or iron to match the nightstands. Inside we find wooden furniture and built-in wardrobes.

Of the rooms, 2 have access to a delicate terrace with wonderful views of the nature that surrounds the house.

In the attic is the quadruple room, which has a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. It is the largest room in the house.

The quadruple has skylights in the wooden roof that allow light to enter easily. Inside it also has a wooden table and an armchair.

All beds come fully dressed and with their pillows.

On the ground floor we find a large space where the living room, dining room and kitchen come together. In the living room we have a couple of large sofas and armchairs around a wood stove. The television is 40" and we have a free WIFI signal.

The dining room is large and consists of 2 wooden tables where all guests can sit comfortably. From the dining room you can access the terrace of the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we need to make your stay comfortable. The entire house enjoys heating. 

The house has 3 equipped bathrooms. 

On the outside of the house there are 2 gardens and 2 porches. We have a private parking with capacity for 4 cars.

One of the porches is connected to the living room of the house, there we find a complete barbecue and a table with chairs. The house is located in the town of Braojos, a municipality of about 200 inhabitants north of the Community of Madrid. Braojos is 1190 meters above sea level and is characterized by the presence of a large number of trees such as elms, oaks or ash trees.
In the town you can visit theChurch of San Vicente Mártirbuilt in 1610 and the Ermita del Buen Suceso, whose construction dates back to the 17th century. Thetraditional festival is celebrated on the last weekend of May, where the town is filled with music, gastronomic days and workshops.

One of the main natural attractions of the place is the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park, full of large peaks, elevations and streams where we can cool off. It is an ideal space for any nature activity.

Buitrago de Lozoya is very close and there you can admire the still preserved medieval walls.

The house is about 40 minutes by car from the center of Madrid.
