Casa Rural Rosa de los Vientos

The house is located in the municipality of Braojos, Madrid, is an accommodation with nice atmosphere built in 2005. The design is modern, but is integrated into the environment effectively thanks to the stone walls and wooden frames . It has 4 double rooms and a quadruple and is rented integrally.

The double rooms are divided into:

• 2 with 2 beds i ndividuales.
• 2 with double bed.
• The quad room is located in the attic of the house

The double rooms are spacious and carefully decorated. The body of the beds is made of wood or iron to match the bedside tables. Inside we find wooden furniture and fitted wardrobes.

Of the rooms, 2 have access to a delicate terrace with wonderful views of the nature that surrounds the house.

In the loft is the quad room, which has a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. It is the largest room in the house.

The quad has skylights on the wooden roof that allow light to enter easily. Inside it also has a wooden table and an armchair.

All the beds come dressed al complete and with their pillows.

On the ground floor we find a large space where the living room, dining room and kitchen meet. In the living room we have a couple of large sofas and armchairs around a wood burning stove. The television is 40 "and we have WIFI signal free.

The dining room is large and consists of 2 wooden tables where all guests can sit comfortably. From the dining room you can access the terrace of the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we need to make the stay comfortable. The whole house enjoys heating.

The house has 3 bathrooms equipped.

In the outside de the house there are 2 gardens and 2 porches. We have a private parking with capacity for 4 cars.

One of the porches is connected to the living room of the house, there we find a complete barbecue and a table with chairs. From here you have wonderful views of the Lozoya Valley.

The house is located in the village of Braojos, a municipality of about 200 inhabitants north of the Community of Madrid. Braojos is 1190 meters above sea level and is characterized by the presence of large numbers of trees such as elms, oaks or ash trees.

In the village you can visit the Church of San Vicente Mártir built in 1610 and the Hermitage of Buen Suceso, whose construction dates back to the seventeenth century. X
One of the main natural attractions of the place is the National Park of the Sierra de Guadarrama, full of large peaks, elevations and streams to cool off. It is an ideal space for any nature activity.

Buitrago de Lozoya is very close and there you can admire the medieval walls still conserved.

The house is about 40 minutes by car from the center of Madrid.
