A traditional Catalan farmhouse located on the outskirts of the Girona municipality of Porqueres, belonging to the region of Pla de l'Estany.
Its origin dates back to the 18th century and today it has been restored with maximum respect for the environment and the original structure of the house. 

Surrounded by Mediterranean forest its spaces transmit the tranquility and comfort provided by the best services without losing the essence of what it once was.

All this outdoor space, added to some interior facilities, are the common areas that are shared between the 4 homes that make up the complex, and that are divided into:

• Stone walls and large windows from which to contemplate a extensive garden. Here there is space for the swimming pool, where the slide will delight the little ones while the older ones sunbathe on the sun loungers or prepare lunch in the barbecue area. 

• As it has so much outdoor space, the Masía also has swings and stone tables spread across the grass where reading and the views will be very pleasant.

• In the farmhouse there is also space for games, with a ping pong room, billiards, table football and even a music system.

Upon entering the home, which is completely private and independent, we are greeted by thick wooden walls and ceilings that house 3 connected spaces: kitchen, dining room and living room. An old cart wheel converted into a lamp illuminates the dining table, located in the center of the room and separating the dining room from the living room. Wooden benches, rocking chairs and even a library built into the same stone wall that together with the fireplace turn the room into a warm and comfortable place.

Modernity and tradition mingle in the 2 bathrooms, fully equipped spaces. With a capacity for 6 people, the house has 2 triple bedrooms, spacious, simple and very well used.

A walk around the surroundings will allow you to discover historical places such as the Church of St Quirze. After the walk, returning to the farmhouse you will find the Merlant Fountain, renowned for the quality of the water that will surely help you cool off.

If something characterizes Banyoles it is its lake, the largest in the community and about which there is a mysterious legend of a mythological being that still lives in its waters.

Traveling to the Middle Ages is possible in Besalú, whose Roman bridge and Jewish quarter are worth visiting.  

A little further away is Figueres, a town that wanted to pay tribute to the painter Dalí by inaugurating a museum in his honor located in one of the most beautiful buildings in the city.
