This rural house is located in San Juan de las Abadesas, a municipality of 3,000 inhabitants, which is located in the Ripollés Region, in the Catalan province of Girona. 

The house is rented in its entirety and its maximum capacity is 22 people. Its 7 rooms, spread over 2 of the 3 floors of the house, are distributed as follows:

• On the ground floor there is a double suite as well as a double room with a double bed. 

• In the first, there are the 5 remaining rooms: 2 quadruple rooms, with a double bed and a sofa bed, another one the same but with 2 single beds instead of a double bed, another same quadruple room but this time with 4 single beds and a last double with 2 single beds. 

All rooms are equipped with bedding, side tables and closets in which to leave your belongings, a large space decorated rustically and fantastic views. 

The interior of the house is distributed as follows:

• On the ground floor we find a large hall with rustic decoration that leads us to the rooms.  There is a living-dining room with television in front of the sofa area and fireplace, a kitchen equipped with the necessary appliances and utensils for your dishes and 2 bathrooms with a shower tray, one of them being in one of the 2 rooms on this floor. 

• On the first floor we find 2 bathrooms, also equipped with a shower tray, towels and accessories, and the remaining 5 bedrooms. 

• On the top floor there is a large multipurpose space that has a gym area, games for the little ones, billiards and table football. There is also areading room. 

The exterior of the house is perfect for celebrating large events since it has:

• A large garden that extends towards the mountains and whose views will leave you speechless.

• Parking area.

This rural house is located in San Juan de los Abadeses, a small municipality that is in the Ripollés Region to the northwest of Girona. Its surroundings are wonderful to discover:

• From inside the house and, especially from the garden, you will realize that this location is unique. The town in which the house is located has some stone streets that will leave you amazed, a beautiful Roman bridge and a monastery with a lot of history, since it was founded in the year 887, which you can visit.  

• The Region in which it is located also has an important Monastery, that of Santa María de Ripoll. Its interior can be visited and you can admire its stone arches and its patio with a magnificent garden. 

• The Campondrón Valley, the Nuria Valley and the Ribes Valley are the 3 places that you cannot miss. The routes through any of them are magical due to the importance of coal in the area in the past, because of the waterfalls formed by the rivers that bathe the lands and the places that have been formed by their fauna and vegetation.
