Our accommodation is located within a small municipality of Girona called Serinyà. in which you will be able to enjoy a unique vacation.
It is an authentic Catalan farmhouse from the 19th century that we have recently restored to include all the comforts you need for your stay.

Regarding capacity, this farmhouse has space from 16 to a maximum of 22 guests who will be able to enjoy the following stays:
- The ground floor of the house is made up of a large common room , ideal to enjoy leisure in which there is a billiards and a table football, as well as a series of sofas for resting or for meetings. It also has a spacious dining room with a long table with capacity for everyone.
- A very large dining room of 40 square meters in which you will be able to enjoy the evenings all together in a quiet environment with views of the outdoor green areas.
- In addition, it has a complete kitchen in which you will find a worktop with cabinets in which you will find all the elements of the kitchenware and the different electrical appliances that will help you cook like at home.
- It has 8 double rooms, distributed so that 3 of them also have a comfortable sofa bed . Of all the rooms, 6 have with a full bathroom, and the remaining 2 s, have a bathroom that they share, with sets of towels.
In the exterior, the house has:
- A very large landscaped space that is 10,000 meters long where you can walk and enjoy the best views.
- An imposing saltwater pool in the center, which will take you to stone paths and which is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers in black color.
- A shed in which the barbecue is located, so that you can also enjoy cooking and eating outside.

I am David Brunsó, manager of this accommodation. Together with my family, we bought and reformed the farmhouse with the aim of giving our clients a quality service.
We decided to invest since it is a house that offers many possibilities, from rural tourism, celebrations, retreats, company meetings, weddings, and everything that our clients dream of.

What the owner pinpoints on the property
Despite the fact that the interior of the house has been completely renovated, and that it has air conditioning and heating, TV with internet in all rooms, all new beds and bathrooms, and exceptional decoration, I would like to highlight the more than 10,000 m2 of landscaped land, where you can disconnect, walk, play all kinds of sports and / or have a good barbecue.
We cannot ignore the precious space generated by the pool surrounded by the green garden.

Serinyà is a small and charming town located in the Pla de l'Estany that stands out for its stone architecture.
A short distance away is Besalú, a medieval-style municipality whose flagship is a stone bridge that crosses the river and leaves a great impression.
Another of the obligatory visits is the Forest of Can Ginerada, in which different sculptures are located, some really particular, by the artist Xicu Cabanyes.
