This country house is located on the outskirts of a small village of Lleida called Preixana.

The house is isolated but you can access it without any difficulty because the roads are in very good condition.

It can accommodate maximum of 6 guests, that will be distributed, at bedtime, in 3 rooms, all with capacity for 2 people. The rooms, in particular, are 2 with double beds and the last one with 2 single beds.

It has a bathroom totally equipped with towels, soap, etc.

As for the common areas, we highlight the room, with its great amplitude. It has a dining table for 4 people, a sofa, a TV and a fireplace that makes the stay one of the most cozy of the house.

The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen, appliances and 2 coffee machines, so you can choose how you want your coffee: one of them is capsules and the second is traditional. It also has a American bar open to the living room, so we can cook while we enjoy talking with our diners.

The decor of the interior in general, follows the traditional line of rural houses to offer their guests an authentic, relaxing and with all the comforts and benefits of life in the field.

In the back of the house we have a terrace with barbecue where to organize nice dinners or meals, always enjoying the fresh air.

If visitors bring pets, they must notify beforehand to the owner.

We are in Lleida y, specifically, in Preixana, a small village, where you will find about 500 inhabitants.

One of the best places to visit here is the castle, with a long history since it has 1000 years old.
Would you like to see a monument of National Interest ? The church has been declared in this way, and is located in a high place in the town. In this way, it is seen at a great distance. Its walls were raised 5 centuries ago, using a Gothic style .

You can also go to other villages around. One of them is Belpuig. You can visit his church, with a staircase to access it, and it is built in the same century and in the same style as that of our town. Another place you can see is the convent of San Bartolomeo, which has been used for different reasons and was built around the year 1300.

Undoubtedly, a region, that of Urgel, with numerous religious buildings, in addition to natural sites, such as Belianes-Preixana, plagued, in its entirety, po r v egetación.
