It can accommodate up to 15 guests in its 3 huge triple rooms and 3 double rooms. In addition, in its common spaces it has a large kitchen equipped with the latest technologies, a modern living room perfectly incorporated into the rural style, a dining room, parking, leisure room equipped with different games and a small swimming pool in its patio where you can cool off.

It is located in atremendous estate of more than 8 hectares with olive trees and vineyardsas well as different vegetation typical of the area, where you can take long walks and enjoy surrounded by nature.

In a huge open space, glassed towards the bright interior patio of the house, you will find the living room, kitchen and dining room:

• The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave... It includes a beautiful countertop in a raw tone with dark wooden furniture.

• The living room has a huge red "L" shaped sofa with a wooden coffee table where you can enjoy long conversations or relax watching the flat screen television with which it is equipped. In addition, it completes its decoration with a dark brown leather armchair, a wooden chest of drawers and a shelf full of books that you can browse and read.

• The dining room incorporates a wooden table with 12 chairs and a cupboard of the same set along with a small side table with crockery.

• The 6 bedrooms are equipped with towels and bed linen and all have their own bathroom with a shower inside. They are all exterior so they are provided with lots of light and also have incredible views of the countryside. The modern straight-lined beds made of wood fit perfectly with its stone walls and its exposed beams on the ceiling. They have wooden closets and desks in each room. In addition, each one is equipped with TV, underfloor heating, fan and Wi-Fi.

• The leisure room, with its strong exposed stone walls, has a billiards and a table football. In addition, you will also find an area with a glass roof where there is a small pool and a barbecue to organize large banquets with your family.

Around the house there are many rural roads where you can discover beautiful landscapes. You can use the two bicycles that are in the house, in addition, in the town of Tárrega, located a few minutes from the house, you are offered the possibility of renting more. In the Plaza Mayor of this town, you can visit the Church of Santa María del Alba, built 5 centuries before the house.

The city of Lérida is three-quarters of an hour away by car, so you can discover this city of great charm, discovering its two cathedrals, La Antigua (Romanesque architectural style), and La Nueva (baroque architectural style). In addition, the latter exhibits inside the patroness of Catalonia, the Virgin of Montserrat.
Through its beautiful streets you can taste one of the typical dishes of the area, the spicy llauna snails.
