Our accommodation is located in the center of Laguardia, where you will be able to enjoy the best comforts, and a quiet and pleasant space in Álava.

This is one of the perfect homes to share with your loved ones.

As forcapacity, it is for 12 people.

There are 6 rooms that it has, in which you will have:
 

• The double bed, which is quite spacious, and with which you will be able to enjoy the best comforts and rest to continue with the day of tourism.

• Independent heating regulated by thermostat in each room.

• Acomplete and modern bathroom, in which among the toilets is the shower in the corner. For her we leave you towels that you will find on theheated towel racks. 

• Flat screen TV with DVD.

• Balconies in the rooms on the first floor and windows on the second floor with views of the San Juan square.

Among thefacilities that are common, we have:

• A large living room in which we have a sofa on which to rest while watching TV.

• Fully equipped kitchen, with all types of appliances as well as all thekitchenware and dishes.

Our accommodation is located within theprovince of Álava, where you will be able to disconnect and enjoy  Laguardia.

It is a space that stands out for its natural part, in which among all the colors, green is the absolute protagonist, leaving spectacular views.

If you want to explore these places yourself, then try to do some of the hiking routes in the area, which you will find among vineyards.

• Bars and restaurants with a wide gastronomic offer.
• Food stores, bakeries and butcher shops that also open on Sundays.
