Our accommodation is located within the Basque province of Álava, where you will be able to enjoy nature in the town of Sabando.
You are in front of a story house in which you will be surprised by the atmosphere of the typical Nordic houses, surrounded by a space full of forests, rivers and waterfalls.
The house was built to enjoy the earthly paradise on weekends.
In 2015 it was prepared for rental.
The house has space for 7 people inside (and an extra extra bed), and its structure is divided into 2 floors where the green and white facade will surprise you without a doubt.

- A spacious living room at the entrance, which has a set of armchairs on one side, which all face the front where the wood-burning fireplace is located, that will bring a warm and homely atmosphere to the area. On the other side, a wooden table with white lacquered chairs so you can all eat together.
- A complete kitchen, in wood and with all the electrical appliances and the e menaj that are distributed by its structure, and that will let you cook in the best conditions.
- 2 complete bathrooms with the best conditions, of which one of them has a bathtub, and the other has a shower. Each is located on one floor, and has sets of towels.
- 4 rooms of which 3 of them have a double bed, including one, the optional Finnish sauna. The third bedroom has 2 single beds in the form of a bunk bed.
Already in the outdoor areas, t we have:
- Large porch with table and chairs.
- Garden equipped with fruit trees, and a greenhouse.
- BBQ and a gazebo.
