Description of Villa Rioja Alavesa
Our accommodation is within the Basque Country, and specifically, in the province of Álava
at 8 km the provinces of La Rioja and Navarra are echoed.
It is a fully renovated house, in which you will be able to enjoy its complete interior, as of the external areas designed so that you have a great time.
The house has capacity for 13 people, which will be able to enjoy:
- a large and bright living room in clear tones that has a set of armchairs that receive all the light of the windows, and that look towards the area where the television is. Smart TV here you can rest without problems and warmly since it has a chimney so you can feel at home.
- A dining kitchen in white and green tones, which has a cooking area with countertops full of chest and appliances, so you can enjoy the best vacations. To the side, and after the Office area, a table to eat all together, surrounded by chairs.
- 4 bathrooms of which one of them is a functional toilet, another exterior with shower and the 2 that remain are complete and equipped with all the toilets and the different towels.
- 5 rooms that are distributed in such a way that one of them has space for 5 people and a wide terrace, the second has 2 individual beds, and the 3 that remain each of them, a marriage bed.
In the exterior, the house has:
- A terrace on the 2nd floor.
- Large gardens with garage and grill.
