Description of Mirador Ardea Mendixur
Inaugurated in the spring of 2018!
This new house that we present below, introduces a new concept of rural house linked to the sustainability y respect for the environment but without departing from the peculiar Basque style, which also offers a very diversified offer for all tastes from the respect to all options, the environment and the visitor, where the control of your time is handled TÚ.
We are not another lodging more!
We are located in the quiet Alava town of Mendixur, south area of Ullíbarri-Gamboa reservoir, where contact with the nature of the area will love you and your companions for life, up to a total of 8 guests (being able to be ampiable if you are more people) and directed especially to a public more adult.
The accommodation, which has a total area of more than 10,000 square meters of plot se divided into 2 ample plants in addition to having a garden rústico and a parking area private.
We also have solarium overlooking the lake and 2 Balinese beds. The house has a total of 4 rooms, 2 on the lower floor and another 2 on the upper floor.
The rooms have a King size bed, TV led, own air conditioning and Italian shower, among other features. Some have terrace own and panoramic window.
On the lower floor, we have the dining room with a large window that overlooks the IXX Mendixur Ornithological Park and has a multipurpose room for events or meetings as well as offering connection to more professional topics. A sitting area with fireplace de firewood or corner of reading, among others.
The air conditioning of the house is underfloor heating (geothermal energy) with independent thermostats to be comfortable both in summer and in winter.
We have WI-FI free to use. XX
We offer all kinds of advice information to our customers about the available tourist routes, a letter of pillows, bed linen and towels Bio and a dining service where we give breakfast and dinner, upon prior request.
