This novel house that we present below introduces a new concept of rural house linked to the sustainability and respect for the environment but without departing from the peculiar Basque style, which also offers a very diversified offer for all tastes from respecting all options, the environment and visitor, where the control of your time is handled by you.

We are located in the quiet Alavés municipality of Mendixur, South Zone of the Ullibar-Gamboa Reservoir to a public more adult.
The accommodation, which has a total area of more than 10,000 square meters of plot is divided into 2 broad plants in addition to having a garden rustic and an area of parking private. We also have Solarium with a view to the lake and 2 balineas beds. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 on the lower floor and another 2 in the upper one.
The rooms have King Size bed, TV LED, air conditioning and Italian shower, among other features. Some have terrace their own panoramic window.
On the lower floor, we have the dining room with a large window that gives views to the mendixur ornithological park and that has a multi -purpose room for events or meetings in addition to offering connection to Internet and disposition of a digital board for more professional themes. A being of being with chimney of firewood or corner of reading, among others.
The air conditioning of the house is on radiant soil ( geothermal energy ) with independent thermostats to be comfortable both in summer and winter.
We have wi-fi free use.
