This innovative house that we present to you below, introduces a new concept of rural house linked to sustainability and respect for the environment but without departing from the peculiar Basque style, which also offers a very diversified offer for all tastes from respect to all options, the environment and the visitor, where control of your time is managed by YOU.
We are not just another accommodation!
We are located in the quiet Alava municipality of Mendixur, southern area of the Ullibarri-Gamboa reservoir, where contact with the nature of the area will make you and your companions fall in love with you for life, up to a total of 8 guests (which can be expanded if you are more people) and aimed especially at a larger public adult.
The accommodation, which has a total area of more than 10,000 square meters of plot is divided into 2 large floors in addition to having a rustic garden and a private parking area.
We also have a solarium with lake views and 2 Balinese beds. The house has a total of 4 rooms, 2 on the lower floor and another 2 on the upper floor.
The rooms have a king size bed, LED TV, own air conditioning and Italian shower, among other features. Some have their own terrace and panoramic windows.
On the lower floor, we have the dining room with a large window that overlooks the Mendixur Ornithological Park and has a multipurpose room for events or meetings in addition to offering an internet connection and provision of a digital whiteboard for more professional topics. A living area with a wood-burning fireplace or a reading corner, among others.
The air conditioning of the house is underfloor heating (geothermal energy) with independent thermostats to be comfortable both in summer and winter.

We offer all kinds of advice and information to our clients about the available tourist routes, a menu of pillows, organic bed linen and towels and a dining room service in which we provide breakfast and dinner, upon prior request.
