After more than 20 years working in the tourist and cultural promotion of Las Hurdes I have decided to start a tourism company.
In my little village, Las Mestas, I inherited the house in which my parents kept the honey they harvested from their beehives, a tradition that I also respect and have my hives.
In this house I have a couple of apartments and a store for the sale of honey, oil, and other products from Las Hurdes and Extremadura (select) .
Our apartments are within the urban area of Las Mestas next to its church and next to the natural pool. From the apartments and the store I can fulfill one of my dreams: to teach people to visit, discover and enjoy Las Hurdes.
As a touristic tourist informant I help our clients to schedule their visits, routes and / or tours.
