Description of El Calama

Our apartments are found in sails of Granadilla, a municipality of Cáceres in which you will find the peace and tranquility you need to load the batteries and gain strength for the return home.

The accommodation consists of 3 apartments that share the same characteristics. Each of them has capacity for 4 people although they can house 2 more people in a supplementary bed in exchange for a special rate. In total we can house a maximum of 18 guests

The homes are rented separately. 

The houses are structured in 2 plants. On the Ground Floor, designed in a diaphanous manner, it is:
  • The equipped cuisine with appliances such as microwave, fridge and witoria that will do your most comfortable stay. You also have household items composed of dishes, coverage and sufficient kitchen battery for 6 people.
  • lounge - dining room with a large table to eat located in front of a firewood stove. You also have a comfortable sofa - bed and a 32 -inch television. The decoration is simple but with a rural air that combines with our outer landscape. 
  • main bedroom with a great bed ideal for sleeping as a couple. It has night tables and cabinets so you don't miss anything. It has a suite bathroom with a wide shower. From this room you access directly to the patio, so it is a very luminous stay. 
In the upper floor accounts with:
  • bedroom with 2 individual beds fully furnished and overlooking. 
  • bathroom with shower, for the exclusive use of the room. 
The exterior spaces are composed of:
  • A outer porch with a large table where you can have breakfast contemplating the surrounding environment and enjoying the sun. 
  • interior patio very wide with barbecue and furniture, ideal for outdoor summer dinners. 
We provide you with the bedding and the towels that you can need.

In addition, the house is heated with air conditioning and heat pump on the ground floor.

  • Fully furnished and equipped kitchen with the appliances you may need to prepare your best recipes. The wooden furniture is very easy and comfortable to clean and also has several compartments where you can store the purchase you make.
  • Living - dining room with a comfortable convertible sofa in para 2 persons bed, a flat screen TV and table gran para you can celebrate with your family and friends a nice lunch or dinner.
  • Master bedroom with double bed furnished with bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. It also has a bathroom for private use. From this room you can directly access courtyard.
The upper floor consists of:
  • a large double bedroom con 2 single beds and private bath use.
In addition accounts with front porch and a large back yard with barbecue and outdoor furniture.

Our apartments are located in sabril of Granadilla, a quiet town of Cáceres that hides beautiful corners such as:
  • Granadilla, former walled city of medieval origin. It has been uninhabited since the mid -twentieth century, when the Gabriel and Galán reservoir became built, turning the town into a flood zone. In 1980 it was declared a historical - artistic set. 
  • Castillo de Granadilla, construction of the thirteenth century that stands out for its symmetry and its primary form.
