This apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of the building. It is a small apartment located in Balaguer (Lleida), in a very central location and not too far from the old town, where many of its places of interest are located.

By staying in this apartment you will have access to its interior patio, its solarium and the terrace that is located in the highest part of the renovated building. In addition, there is both a laundry service and a breakfast service, as well as a collection of books from which you can choose if the reading bug bites you and you want to spend a quiet afternoon.
The flat has capacity for 6 people, and the following rooms:
- 2 rooms with a double bed. The bedrooms have parquet flooring and carved stone walls that give it an antique style. Next to the bed there is usually, on each side, a bedside table made of iron or metal painted white, which also has a small reading lamp on it. To one side is a white iron coat rack. In one of the bedrooms, the wall behind the headboard of the bed has a beautiful mosaic of yellow, green and blue colors.
- 2 bathrooms. They are rooms with walls in cream color with the floor covered with greyish tiles. Next to the entrance on the right hand side is the shower tray, fitted between the walls and which is accessed by opening the screen. There is also a toilet, which is located next to the sink. This is located on a white cabinet with two wide white drawers. Above is a round bathroom mirror. In addition, there is a small wooden drawer with towels and various amenities.
- Kitchen. It has little space, but is fully equipped. For example, it has both a ceramic hob and an oven, in addition to having a large worktop next to which there is a refrigerator with a freezer included. The walls of this space are painted white. There is also a fume hood and a small coffee maker. On the wall there are several wooden and metal shelves that hold the kitchenware.
- Hall. It is the most illuminated space in the house because it has several windows, as well as access to a small private balcony where there are a couple of iron chairs. Inside there is a greyish double sofa-bed next to a floor lamp and a decorative plant. There is a small reading corner that includes two individual armchairs and a couple of padded armchairs. The walls are made of wood and on the ceiling you can see logs of wood as beams. There is also a dining table made of wood and iron at the bottom of the salt.
