La Casa del Miracle- Àtic 2

Just two minutes walk from the nucleus of the Old Town of Balaguer (Lleida) this spacious attic is located. It is the perfect corner to settle during your vacation in Catalonia, where you will find all the comforts you would have at home.

The attic can accommodate 6 people. It has the following rooms:

• 2 double bedrooms. Both have a marriage bed that have white sheets and a couple of cushions of the same color. The walls can be painted white or stone. On the sides of the beds there are small round iron tables that can be white or black, and have on their surface reading lamps with warm light. In the rooms there is also a small wooden carrier to hang some of the luggage garments. They are illuminated naturally thanks to a couple of windows.

• 2 bathrooms. The walls of these are painted beige or cream, while the ground is covered by gray and white tiles. Next to the entrance are the toilet and the sink, which is on a white furniture. Above there is a round bath mirror in a wooden frame. On one of the walls, next to the shower dish, there is a thermal towel.

• cuisine. It is a small and slightly abuhardiedo space with white walls. It is at the exit of the living room. The great white refrigerator is striking, which is next to a wooden furniture with several shelves in which the dishes placed. In the area of ​​the countertop there is an oven, a hob with several fires and a small sink. 

• living room. It is a comfortable space decorated with modern air and rustic touches. The walls are made of carved stone while the roof is painted white. The floor is parquet, combining with some wooden furniture such as the dining room table or the sideboard. Above this there is a television big screen. The grayish sofas (one of which is double sofa-cut ) and the round coffee table are the main element of the room, surrounded by several windows.

The guests of the building have the right to use its common areas. These include the roof, furnished with a Cill-out zone, a common room and a cava.
