This beautiful penthouse is located in one of the Balaguer (Lleida) building completely renovated in 2020, being a privileged location to see the old town of the city, as well as some of its most emblematic buildings.

- Hall. Here is the access to the terrace. The living room has stone walls and parquet floors. It has a pair of grayish brown individual armchairs, and a sofa-bed next to a round coffee table. Here you will also find the dining table made of wood and with iron legs, which seats 4 people. In the living room there is also a television.
- Kitchen. It is located next to the entrance to the attic. Most of the furniture is white and blends into the back wall. It is well equipped with a huge refrigerator, at the side of which the hob begins. On it there is a coffee maker, as well as a ceramic hob and extractor fan. It is also equipped with an oven and complete kitchenware set.
- A bath. Integrated in the room. Next to a stone wall there is a large shower tray which is accessed by opening the glass partition. There is also a toilet, right next to the sink that is on a slightly translucent white base. Above is a round shaped bathroom mirror in a wooden frame.
In addition, the attic has access to the private terrace on the roof, decorated as a chill-out area with several armchairs and some tables, as well as a lot of plant decoration and some small individual hammocks.
