La Casa del Miracle- Átic 1

This beautiful attic is located in one of the Balaguer (Lleida) building completely rehabilitated in 2020, being a privileged location to be able to see the old town of the city, as well as some of its most emblematic constructions.

The attic has space for 3 people in the following rooms:

• a bedroom with a marriage bed. The walls are completely carved stone giving the feeling of being in a cabin. The bed is accompanied by a couple of white iron tables and some reading lamps. There is a wooden closet on one of the walls, and also air conditioning. It has television,

• lounge. Here is access to the terrace. The living room has stone walls and the parquet floor. It has a pair of individual berry armchairs in grayish brown, and a sofa-cut next to a round coffee table. Here is also the dining table made of wood and with iron legs, which has places for 4 people. In the living room there is also a television.

• cuisine. It is next to the entrance to the attic. Most furniture is white and melt with the back wall. It is well equipped with a huge refrigerator, on whose side the countertop begins. On it there is a coffee maker, as well as winemaker and smoke extractor. It is also equipped with an oven and complete utensils.

• a bathroom. Integrated in the room. Next to a stone wall has a wide shower dish to which the glass screen is accessed. There is also a toilet, right next to the sink that is in a slightly translucent white base. Above there is a round -shaped bath mirror in a wooden frame.
