Casa Paller

The rural accommodation that bears the name of Casa Paller is located in the area of Girona belonging to theAlto Ampurdán, the municipality ofTorroella de Fluvia.

In other times it was a house intended for the treatment of forged elements such as iron; It has currently been remodeled and restructured so that, on its only 80 square meter floor, it can accommodate 5 people without any type of problem and with all the comforts that its rooms will provide, which are:

• An open space that begins with the living room of this rural house; composed of a comfortable wooden sofa and several armchairs that perfectly complement the furniture made of the same material that supports the plasma television, the music system and, finally, the magazine rack, where you will find a multitude of books and informative brochures about this area.

• A stretcher table that functions as a dining room and that, located in the center of this room, functions as a separating element from the common areas of this part of the house.

• A kitchen, following this dining space, which has been equipped with large appliances such as the oven, dishwasher and washing machine; and small items for daily use such as the toaster, two coffee makers or the microwave, among others. We add that, in our house, you will find all the houseware and cleaning products.

• A complete bathroom, now in a closed and private area, which has a sink inside a granite sink, a shower and towel sets for the users of this house.

• 2 bedrooms perfectly decorated, in simple but functional and cozy lines. They consist of a double bed and 2 single beds, respectively, to which we wanted to add furniture to organize clothes, such as wooden wardrobes and nightstands. There is, at our clients' disposal, an extra bed and a crib in case there is a lack of space or a baby travels with you.

All rooms inside the house have heating and air conditioning systems to create the perfect climate.

Outside, we have allocated part of the plot to a private parking, where you can park several cars without any problem.

On the other hand, a large terrace of more than 200 square meters in which, centrally, is the swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and, in addition, a barbecue part to enjoy a meal in company outdoors.

Torroella de Fluvia is one of the areas of Girona that belong to theAlt Ampurdán area.

It has nothing to do with the rest of the tourist towns on the Costa Brava; Casa Paller is located in a quiet area, away from the chaos and noise of the center but, at the same time, perfectly connected to the urban area.

This is why it is presented as a perfect option to rest and retire while getting to know the area which, by the way, is very rich in terms of cultures due to the settlements that occurred in the area throughout history and that have left signs of their activity in the present.

Proof of this connection of cultures are its buildings, especially the religious ones, such as the Church of Santo Tomás de Fluvia, which dates back more than ten centuries, having functioned as a monastery at one time and which is currently part of that protected historical complex.

Nearby, you can find the Monastery of San Pedro de Roca, currently in ruins, where you can see the pre-Romanesque architectural lines.
