- A bright room with large sliding glass doors that, in conjunction with the exterior orientation of this façade, allow abundant natural lighting during most of the day. In this room we find, right next to the doors that lead to the outside, a small corner dedicated to audiovisual leisure in which a television rests on a piece of furniture and in front of these a triplet sofa to enjoy comfortably. At the opposite end of the room there is a dining room for 4 people.
- The kitchen, which would be in the same room as the living room if it weren't for a high bar beneficial for food service, is fully equipped as far as appliances are concerned.
