Apartamentos Tío Juan

These rural apartments are located in the province of Castellón, specifically in the inner area, in the municipality of Olocau del Rey, a town located a few kilometers from the province of Teruel. This is 2 identical apartments that have been made and decorated with pleasure, with a rustic decorative style based on wood as the main material. 

Each of these apartments has the possibility of sheltering a maximum of 3 people, being 6 the maximum number of people in total that can be lodged between the 2. It is intended for couples who want to spend a few days of tranquility and intimacy in one of the most beautiful environments of the Iberian Peninsula. 

The apartments are composed of the following rooms:

• A wide cuisine and equipped with appliances necessary to facilitate tenant's day to day. It also has hobbies to elaborate delicious homemade dishes. The household house, the coverage and dishes are included in the apartment. At one end, television is placed, so it can be seen both from the dining room and from the living room. 

• The dining area is a couple of meters from the kitchen and is formed by a wooden table with 4 chairs around it. Its proximity to the kitchen allows you to have guests all the kitchen utensils to the scope of the hand. 

• The living room is one of the most cozy stays of the accommodation and is formed by a large sofa located next to a wooden furniture. It is located in the same space as the dining room and the kitchen. 

• A double bedroom that with a flirtatious decoration in a room with wooden walls and bricks. It has a marriage bed inside and can be added, with prior notice, a supplementary bed. The bedroom has a complete furniture which highlights the bedside tables and cabinets. 

• A full bathroom with a shower dish with a screen inside. The accommodation makes available to tenants towels, basic body hygiene products and hair dryer.

Olocau del Rey is the nunicipality in charge of hosting these rural apartments located inside the Castellón province. It is a wonderful town that has special characteristics, since it has a charm created by the multitude of landscapes originated by the high solitary hills that are formed in its environment. In fact, it has become the home of different ornithological species.

The people are formed by 2 places in which some of the most representative buildings of it are distributed, such as the parish church of the 15th century, the City Council or the Palace of Figuera s. In addition, it has some monuments that have been declared of cultural interest, among which are the Church of Our Lady of the Pomulus, the hermitage of San Marcos or its castle, located at the top of a mountain near the municipality.

A few kilometers is located the municipality of Mirambel, one of the most beautiful villages in the area and characterized by its valued heritage in which it highlights the historic center, one of the most important of the province of Terue l. You can also visit their walls that surround the town as well as the town hall or the Church of the Augustinian nuns, among others. 



Olocau is a small town of 130 inhabitants, in it you can see two places, in one of them we can find the parish church of Sigo XV and in the other there are two important buildings, the City Council and the Palace of the Figuera
