On the first floor of the building a large room is located that works as a distributor and where a kitchen-dining room is accessed. The kitchen has a chimney typical of the houses in the area and has all the necessary appliances. This room has a bathroom and a small room with a television. There is also the laundry with a ironing table.

Also in this plant there is an access to 2 double rooms. These rooms have their own bathroom and a shower with hydromasajeje. The beds are skipped in full and are located in a wide space full of light. The decoration is classic style and rural; There are many elements of the property made with wood and local crafts.
