We are in Roche, an urbanization located in the western zone of Cádiz. Specifically, on the outskirts of the town of Conil de la Frontera.

In our house you can enjoy the tranquility of the coast and, at the same time, be close to tourist places and the most lively areas.

The house is part of a rural complex, sharing with the rest of the guests a landscaped area with swings, so that children enjoy.

It is a perfect house to enjoy the beach with the whole family, with capacity for a maximum 6 people.

The rooms of the interior form them:

• lounge-cocina. It is a wide room divided into 2 environments: in the living room area, you will find several sofas with cushions, where you relax completely and enjoy the heat of the chimney ; In the kitchen, the furniture is distributed forming a “U”, allowing you to cook comfortably.

• 3 double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has marriage bed ; The remaining ones have 2 individual beds. They are decorated in soft tones and rustic -style furniture, including the tables or the closet.

• full bathroom. It is equipped with a standing shower, with semi -transparent screen, and in it you will find basic articles for hygiene, such as towels.

The house is surrounded by a landscaped plot of 1000 meters2, in which you will find:

• exterior bathroom, with a shower for refreshing on summer days. 

• glazed porch, whose interior is equipped with a rustic table to enjoy meals and dinners enjoying the views of the garden.

• barbecue, with outdoor furniture to eat outdoors.

• pool, next to which you will find umbrellas and sun loungers to relax listening to music or reading your favorite book.

• private parking, where to leave your vehicle with total security.

We are close to several beaches and remote coves where to spend sun and heat days. Among them:

• Playa de Zahara and Mangueta. His long sand arrives at the end of Trafalgar, so you can take advantage to visit his mythical lighthouse, one of the oldest in the country.

• beach of El Pamar. It is one of the most visited, thanks to the quality of its waters and its 8 -kilometer sand. If you want to practice aquatic sports, this is your beach.

• Roche Calas. They are surrounded by vertigo cliffs, forming a dream landscape. Ideal to enjoy sunsets as a couple.

The Urban Center of Conil de la Frontera is located at 8 kilometers. There, you will find a wide variety of leisure and entertainment services, in addition to the most beautiful monuments.

If you want to know the surrounding villages, you cannot miss vejer of the border, a beautiful town of White Casitas, or Caños de Meca, where the Natural Park of La Breña is located.
