Villa Nueva III

Our rural house is in Roche, an urbanization located on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, in the western part of the province of Cádiz.

The location of the house will allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the environment and be a few minutes of the beach and the peoples of the region.

It is a perfect home to come with family, even with your pet, since we admit them. Its maximum capacity is 4 people.

Ready to meet her? attentive:

• Upon entering you will find a spacious stay where the living room and kitchen are located: in the living room, you will find 2 sofas located in front of a chimney and a tv, to be warm while watching movies in winter.

• The kitchen is separated by an American bar, and is equipped with appliances of all kinds, such as microwave or dishwasher.

• For the break we have a total of 2 double bedrooms: a marriage, and a second with 2 beds. They are decorated with simple details, such as night lamps or paintings, and have built -in cabinets, rustic style.

• The inside of the house is completed by the bathroom, decorated with white tiles. In your equipment, you will find a standing shower, in addition to toilet towels. 

Outside, you can enjoy a plot of 500 meters2 for you alone, where you will find:

• covered porch, with garden tables and chairs, and umbrellas.

• barbecue, to enjoy outdoor banquets.

• pool, where summer baths.

The house is part of a rural complex. As shared spaces, you will find a spacious garden, where there is swings for children. 

If you want to spend a relaxation day and fun enjoying the sun and the sand, you can approach one of the numerous beaches that surround the area. Among them are:

• Los Caños Beach, a perfect beach to practice sports such as divers.

• La Fontanilla Beach, a long sand that lasts for 2 kilometers.

• the beach of Los Bales, surrounded by a romantic promenade.

We are 8 km from the urban center of Conil de la Frontera, one of the most charming white peoples of Andalusia. Among your places of interest, you can visit:

• The Plaza de España, a perfect place to enjoy gastronomy.

• The Torre Guzmán, raised in the fifteenth century.

• The Church of Santa Catalina, built in the 16th century.
