Description of Villa Nueva I
We are located on the outskirts of the Cadiz town of Conil de la Frontera. Specifically, near the Roche urbanization, in the western area.
The house is perfect for a family vacation. It is located on a private plot of 500 meters2, where a maximum of 4 guests can stay.
Its interior has 70 meters2, in which are found:
- Living room-dining room. It is decorated with earth tones and the delicacy of white, which creates a feeling of spaciousness. It has 2 sofas facing the fireplace and the television, as well as a dining area, with complete dishes. It has air conditioning
- Kitchen open to the living room. The countertops form a "U" to take advantage of the space, and the appliances are distributed between them: washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, smart TV, Wi-Fi... you will have everything.
- 2 double bedrooms. Couples can sleep in the double bedroom; children, in which it has 2 single beds. Both have bedding and built-in wardrobes. They have air conditioning
- Bathroom. For the toilet you will have a shower, as well as a bidet and toilet, and a cabinet with a sink and mirror.
Outside, you can enjoy:
- Covered porch, with terrace furniture to relax outdoors.
- Private garden, with local trees and plants, and abarbecue.

My nonbre is Manuel and I am in charge of these houses.
My job is to keep the accommodations well cared for so that your vacation is as comfortable as possible, so that when they leave they think about returning.
I am available to tenants to solve any questions, or guide them so that their stay is as pleasant as possible and at the same time, they feel at home.
They are family accommodations where we take care of everything.
Our accommodations are in a privileged area near the commercial area, of the beaches, and Conil Pueblo, among others.
It is perfectly communicated with paved roads, and is next to the Pinares de Roche, which is a space where only the song of the birds will be heard, and where to enjoy the houses, which are perfectly equipped.
They have gardens, barbecues and swimming pools, making this space an unforgettable place where we are sure that you are not doubting to repeat the next vacations.
In the surroundings we have the Pinares de Roche, where hiking or bike walks can be practiced.
In the surroundings there are golf courses, and very close are the beaches and coves of fine sand, which constitute more than 14 kilometers of open beach, where you can walk and enjoy the holidays.
In addition, you have to see the fishing port, where artisanal fishing is practiced.
