Villa Nueva IV

Our accommodation is located on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, a Cadiz people known for their white houses and golden sand beaches.

Specifically, the house is located in the Roche Urbanization, about 8 km from the center. From Cádiz, the capital, we are half an hour by road. 

It is a perfect house to enjoy long stays: it is prepared to welcome 4 guests, and your pet.

The interior of the house is distributed in a single plant, 75 meters2:

• The living room is the main stay. It is divided into 2 environments: on the one hand, a space for leisure and gatherings, equipped with television and a chimney that brings the homemade touch; on the other, the dining area, with rustic -style furniture.

• The kitchen shares space with the living room, separating with an American bar. The countertops are from granite, and are distributed in the form of "U". Among the appliances, you will find washing machine and dishwasher, in addition to the most basic utensils and utensils.

• The 2 bedrooms are decorated similarly, with neutral and soft colors. One of them is marriage, while the second is composed of 2 individual beds and both with air conditioning

• The bathroom is covered by white to ceiling tiles, generating a sensation of amplitude. It has a shower with a screen, and courtesy articles such as towels.

In the outer you will have a spacious private garden, equipped with furniture for rest, and a barbecue to prepare outdoor meals.

But that's not all, the house is within a complex, which will allow you to share with other users:

• The pool, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas.

• The swings, so that children also have fun.

In the home environment you can contemplate a landscape that mixes the intense green of the piners, with the crystalline blue of the Atlantic Ocean: a panoramic panoramic that dazzles everyone who sees it.

We are surrounded by fine sand beaches, among which are the Roche Beach, with a length of more than a kilometer, or the beach of El Palmar, one of the most frequented by surfers.

If you prefer to enjoy more remote coves, you can get closer to the rocks of Roche, surrounded by beautiful cliffs, or the Camacho or Pythons. 

If you want to make a route through the most beautiful villages in the area, you cannot miss:

• Conil de la Frontera, whose urban center is declared a historical-artistic set.

• vejer, full of narrow streets and white houses.

• Caños de Meca, surrounded by pine trees and vertigo cliffs.
