Description of La Casita de Coya
We are in the village of Serpiedo, a population center that does not exceed 20 inhabitants and, therefore, is ideal for disconnecting among nature.
It belongs to Piloña, an Asturian council where you will find everything you need, from cultural spaces to restaurants where you can try local food.
Our house has its origins in at the beginning of the 20th century, preserving the traditional design of Asturian mansions but completely renovated so that our guests have modern comforts.
It consists of 90 m2 and its maximum capacity is 4 people, the rooms spread over 2 floors. They are:
Next to the entrance there is a small terrace on the porch that adds intimacy with the trees and has a small table surrounded by a couple of chairs. the whole family and enjoy the afternoons outdoors.

- 2 Bedrooms on the upper floor, which have their own personality, both equally cozy and with good natural light. One of them is more rustic, the wood being the protagonist of the furniture and a nice window-shaped projection. The other breaks with the monotonous white of the shelves and the dressing table, the latter with study lamp. In total there are a double bed and 2 singles in a trundle bed. X
- A bathroom with all the accessories to relax inside and not have to worry about anything. To start, at bath time there is shower and bathtub, the towels stacked on the washing machine. Next to it there is a wide variety of basic cleaning supplies and a hair dryer. The toilets are made of marble, equipped as needed.
- The kitchen is flirty, the mint colors give it a different look. It has stoves for cooking and appliances in black that you will need, just like at home, the countertop with the utensils to prepare homemade dishes. And, speaking of dishes, the tableware is very complete. To enjoy at any time of the day, we have a piston coffee maker.
- A living room connected to the previous room, both open and with direct access to the stairs that articulate the home. Here you will find a space to meet, with a sofa bed provided with blankets and the television right in front. Next to it, the stove to provide heat and in summer, an exit to the patio.

Our cozy home is in the town of Serpiedo, a quiet village with few inhabitants where you can take a break. Its location is surrounded by nature, with hiking routes or outdoor walks in the area being common, where nothing interrupts you.
There is more activity in Piloña, the council where you can visit the Cider Museum and other cultural spaces such as the Jurassic Museum of Asturias. Other interesting points are the Adventure Family Park, a space dedicated to active tourism; or the interesting Casa del Agua.
- One of the most pleasant paths is the Trambarria Waterfall, easy and circular, suitable for families.
