This is the time to live a great adventure and at Parres we make it easy for you. Our rural house with mountain views has the perfect location for those who enjoy active tourism.

The charms of Sella are within your reach, as well as the Picos de Europa that frame the municipality, just 3 km from Llanes.

Up to 8 people can stay comfortably inside, where they will find a pleasant space to spend a few days with family or friends, also enjoying the outdoors with the garden. Let's see their rooms:

• Being made up of 2 floors, the stairs are what articulate the house. In the common area there is enough space for everyone to gather and we have also included some distractions so you can have a great time.

• The great protagonists are present, the board games; a flat screen television where you can watch movies and a book collection for when you want to travel from the sofa. There are 2 of this type of armchairs, elongated and with some cushions, in the living room.

• A fan hangs from the ceiling which, together with the heating, allows you to visit the area at any time of the year. The best thing? Without a doubt the exit to the outside, which also fills this living room with warmth.

• The kitchen is at the end of the stairs, with wood predominating in the furniture. Thus we find a large dining room that is surrounded by chairs, one for each one, and with a countertop that unfolds with the kitchen utensils. It is also prepared with dishes that have been placed separately in a cupboard, as well as modern appliances that stand out for cooking, including the oven.

• There are 4 bedrooms and they couldn't be more ideal, the beautiful views of the surroundings making waking up more pleasant. On the attic floor it is the skylight that illuminates the rooms, creating a homely atmosphere that is reinforced by the wooden beams.

• There are 5 beds, divided between doubles and singles, but there are also sofas that can be used for sleeping. We will leave the towels for the bathroom on the bedspreads, in addition to other functional items that are distributed throughout the rooms: mirror cabinets, blackout curtains...

• The 2 bathrooms are very well equipped. The shower provides a moment of total disconnection after excursions, adventures and adrenaline. Outside the glass, the toilets await you: a toilet and the sink, which has a hair dryer.

The porch stands in stone, raised a little above the garden and with a dining table that makes summer nights more special, I'm sure that many of them will be spent chatting around it. Further ahead is the lawn area, which will also be used to sunbathe and play with the children.

*An extra fee will be charged for cleaning that will depend on the number of nights and the season in which the reservation is made. Parres de Llanes is a window towards the Picos de Europa, located north of the Sierra del Cuera. It has a sea, has a mountain, has the Sella river... would you like to discover it?

If you are prepared to live great adventures, this would be a good holiday destination, which is also 3 km from the port municipality of llanes. Our specific accommodation is in the urban center of parres, being a good location to move around the area and quite peacefully, since it is a small urban settlement.

It is prepared for the active tourism, the following activities being very popular:

• The descent of the seal: reserve your canoe and stating the most famous tour of Asturias.

• hiking: There are several routes to follow in the immediate vicinity, including the Asturian jungle or the path coastal. Each sample a different landscape, fauna and flora vibrating along the way.

• surf and fishing: two of the most popular sports when we go down to the beaches.

• It is not active tourism as such, but testing the typical gastronomy is one of the mandatory things you should do. are you going without trying the cachopo?
