La Prestosa

Our cozy rural house is located in the small village called Cúa, belonging to Sorribas, Asturias. This house divides its rooms into 2 floors as follows:

• A spacious living room completely decorated with a rural style but always seeking the comfort of the user. In addition to sofas and a large piece of furniture, it has a huge wood-burning fireplace and a television looking for everyone's entertainment. In the living room itself there are the stairs that connect the first floor with the second. Some wooden stairs with a rustic and very beautiful appearance.

• The house is made up of a total of 3 rooms and each of them consists of two single beds. One of the rooms has access to the upper terrace of the house. In addition, it is possible to increase the number of tenants since 2 extra beds are made available to them, allowing up to a maximum of 8 people in the property.

• In total there are 3 full bathrooms. One of them is part of one of the rooms. In any case, there are towel sets for all guests in addition to all the toiletries necessary for their personal hygiene.

• The kitchen, with dining table included, has all appliances (high chair, coffee maker, stove, oven, washing machine, microwave and refrigerator) and the necessary utensils for proper use.

• Outside, the house has a large garden and a porch with a garden table and chairs.

3 kilometers from Mount Sueve and 20 from the Cantabrian Sea, it is an ideal option for both sea and mountain lovers. In fact, you should not miss the opportunity to visit the Picos de Europa, the Cangas de Onís, Ribadesella and Covadonga (also the lakes) and, for more cultural tourism, both the Mining Museum and the Asturian Jurassic Museum are very interesting.
