Description of Tío Frasquito
The rural house is located in a town of Albacete called Yeste . The house is old, but it has been recently renovated , keeping some of its traditional elements so as not to lose its originality.
The accommodation has a maximum capacity for 8 people . It has for this purpose with 3 double rooms fully equipped, with bath towels and bedding. There is the possibility of including a cot and extra beds for children.
There are a total of 3 bathrooms, 2 of them are integrated into the rooms and another is to share.
The living room is a great space both for resting, on the sofas in front of the heat of the fireplace , and for leisure, watching the television , playing with the Play Station or with the different board games. In addition, there are several shelves with information about activities. It is a place that perfectly blends its rural origins with modern comforts.
The kitchen, for its part, has all the necessary elements for you to carry out the best recipes. From an old wood oven to a multitude of small appliances and even washing machine.
In the dining room you will find a large table with 2 wooden benches on both sides, very original. On the ceilings of practically all the rooms you can see the wooden beams . There is heating and you will have available parking space.
Outside the house you will find more relaxation areas, a large garden with pool and sunbeds, and where we have installed a perfect porch for meals when the good weather comes, with barbecue and all the furniture.
