Description of Masovería Terradellas
Our rural house is located on the outskirts of the municipalityAvià, in the heart of the Berguedá region.
The property was restored in 2008 with the aim of becoming a rural accommodation with capacity for 12 people. The restoration was complete on its 3 floors, since in the past the first floor was dedicated to the shelter of animals, the second was the actual home of the owners and the upper floor was used as a granary for the custody of the cereal.
Currently the 3 floors are used as housing.
The house has 6 double rooms, of which 3 of them have a double bed and the remaining 3 have 2 single beds. If necessary, we can provide you with a crib.
The largest room is the living room where the fireplace acts as a division between the living room area itself and the American-style kitchen. The part that is understood as the living room has a large number of sofas arranged around a dining table and in front of the stone fireplace, the perfect place for the meeting of our guests.
The kitchen, for its part, has enough appliances and kitchenware to enjoy the culinary art.
The entire room is surrounded by large windows that offer spectacular views of the common areas of the pool and the valley.
One of the floors of the house is dedicated to leisure and therefore has a ping-pong table. But this is not the only recreational area, Terradevellas Masoveria has a huge swimming pool with sun loungers to sunbathe on the hottest days. The most attractive thing about the pool is that it strategically blends into the landscape. In this way, it gives the feeling that you are taking a bath in the middle of nature.
Other things we make available to our visitors are, for example, WIFI or barbecue.
The house has a huge plot of land, which if you wish you can take a pleasant walk through.
