Description of Masovería Terradellas
Our rural house is located on the outskirts of the municipality Avià, in the middle of the Berguedá region.
The property was restored in 2008 with the aim of becoming a rural accommodation with capacity for 12 people. The subutation was total in its 3 plants, since formerly the first floor was dedicated to the shelter of the animals, the second was the home of the owners and the upper floor was used as a barn for cereal custody.
At present, the 3 plants are used as housing.
The house has 6 double bedrooms, of which 3 of them have a double bed and the remaining 3 have 2 individual beds. In the event that it is necessary we can provide you cradle.
The broadest stay is the room where the chimney makes division between the area of the American and the American type kitchen. The part that is understood as a living room has a large number of sofas arranged around a dining table and in front of the stone fireplace, perfect place for the meeting of our guests.
The kitchen on the other hand has enough appliances and marejes to enjoy culinary art.
The whole stay is surrounded by wide windows that offer spectacular views to the common areas of the pool and the valley.
One of the houses in the house is dedicated to leisure and therefore, it has a ping-pong table. But this is not the only playful area, Terradevellas Masoveria has a huge pool with sun loungers to sunbathe in the hottest days. The most attractive of the pool is that it is strategically melted with the landscape. In this way, it gives the feeling that you are taking a bath in full nature.
Other things we make available to our visitors are for example, wifi or barbecue.
The house has a huge land, which if you want you can take a pleasant walk through it.
