Description of Can Fontanelles I
This country house with many years of history is very close to Castellfollit del Boix. It was built in the tenth century to house the peasants and ranchers of the time.
has large outdoor spaces en to be able to make celebrations between friends and family. It even has a hermitage of Romanesque style built in the twelfth century and which can still be used today for religious celebrations.
The exterior of the house is over 300 hectares with private land that is still working and where there is a small lake.
It is located next to another rural house, also of our property, and we have called Can Fontanelles 2. In it can accommodate up to 10 people. Both can be used independently or jointly, since they can communicate and occupy a total of 17 places.
These share the outdoor spaces we have discussed. As well as a playground, that is between the hermitage and the houses, which has various swings, seesaws and other swings for children to play. Rounding out the outdoor area is a barbecue, a portable pool located next to the lake and a large parking lot.
In this rural accommodation 7 people can stay. Since it has 4 rooms. Of these, 2 have single beds, 1 double bed and 1 a single single bed. All of them equipped with television. They share 2 bathrooms.
Also inside this rural house there is a small kitchen with all the available appliances and a table, located in a diaphanous space next to the living room.
It has two terraces, one on the top floor and another leaving the house and overlooking the forest. Both equipped with chairs and tables.

Our house is rented entirely, and has capacity from 19 and up to 25 guests who will enjoy a village located in the central part of Catalonia, and 600 meters above sea level, on the mountain.
It has been rehabilitated to offer it as rural accommodation, and designed for families and groups of friends, with a large dimension, and rooms of different capacities.
